One-on-one Sessions
Based on the premise that you cannot heal a trance state (Painful or limiting repeating pattern) from within the trance (you must step out of it) and that is what I show you how to do – step out of it. Within you, there is a WITNESS. That is what we will return to time and again to free you.
In these sessions, we locate a SPECIFIC issue that you want to clear. Long term issues can be cleared in as little as one session (it can take two to three). Rather than working at the upper levels of thought, feeling, or belief, we integrate ALL areas so that you can have a direct and immediate experience of FREEDOM.
Once this/these areas are acknowledged, the source of the problem is gone and the pattern can no longer hold. I also teach you tools so you can free yourself moving forward. And you know what the best thing is? You do NOT have to re-live the trauma or disturbing event itself (you do not even have to discuss it, if you don’t want to) and it still WORKS! The Now Technique
The Now Technique or TNT is a simple, non-doing power therapy that integrates even stubborn patterns very quickly. As we unlock habitual ways of perceiving and experiencing by returning to the breath, we discover that we are effortless presence awareness. This state of integration is our nature, so it is much easier to experience than we think. This (non-techniquey) tool can be used to integrate and thereby transcend virtually ANY stuck spot. Best of all, you can use it on an ongoing basis to experience the peak state of embodied enlightenment in the present moment.
Workshops
In these dynamic, life-changing seminars, you will learn tools to allow you to clear your own long-standing blocks and trauma as well as to facilitate one-on-one healing for clients or loved ones. The blocks that you will be removing with these very effective techniques can stem from pre-birth or childhood, and often go all the way back to ancestral trauma. These courses are designed to be extremely practical and experiential so that you will have ample opportunity to clear and facilitate clearing for others.
