Read I Am That by Sri Nisgaradatta Maharaj. After reading the book realized I have never been a doer…don’t work etc. Very inactive lifestyle. Just wanting to say Hello. Lots has changed.
Of course I remember you! The TNT work is quite remarkable. Not as cognitive as Katie’s work and yes, it does rewire at the whole brain level.
