The Chart of Emotions
This is a tool that Suzanne teaches/uses in order to facilitate emotional release and to learn how the emotions can either serve you or limit you. You will want to print this out before your first session with Suzanne. (Make sure and choose “shrink to fit” and “Landscape” in your printing options.)
Jalal al-Din Rumi was a 12th Century Persian Mystic. This is my favorite of his writings, as I think it helps us to embrace our experience. See if you can feel it as you read it.
